I first started investing in high school. My dad taught me at a young age to invest and keep investing. I took an economics class where we “played” a stock market game. Everyone in the class put in $40, and the teacher let them trade stock for the year. Whoever made the most money that year won the game. I won the game and have loved investing ever since!
That was 25 years ago now. I have learned much more about my passion, investing, and people. I no longer “play” the stock market as a game but I use it as a tool for you to help reach your financial goals and dreams. I have spent the majority of my life serving people and helping them get to where they want to be. I have also received my Doctorate of Ministry and become a certified life and leadership coach.
My goal is to help you achieve the financial goals. Not sure what your financial goals are yet? No problem! I will sit down with you to understand your goals and dreams, and then partner with you on a strategy to help make them happen.
What would it mean to you to have peace about your finances? I am here to serve you, and listen, and help you get to your goals and dreams.
At Edward Jones, we focus on serving the financial needs of individual investors. We have built our business by treating our clients as we would want to be treated, a simple idea that still makes sense in today’s complex marketplace.
When I’m not helping people create their future, I am with my family: my wife, Kristin, our 3-year-old, Micah, and our golden retriever, Joy. We love being outside, either hiking, at the beach, lake, on a boat or waverunner and water skiing. Micah doesn’t quite do it with us yet, but Kristin and I are avid scuba divers.
I volunteer my time at my local church and other churches. Kristin and I run a coaching ministry for college and recent college graduates called “Glorify and Excel.”
